A Chance To Waste

We dont always get a second chance. We wanted to run faster. We wanted to score a goal in the world cup. We wanted to skydive. We wanted a bucket list. We die too many times throughout our lives and yet we can never look at a new day as a second chance, why? We are selfish humans that want everything that we dont have. Its possible to skydive today, but tomorrow let's buy a yacht and sail the ocean. Is it ever possible for a human to be completely satisfied? Hello world, I am here to explain our unusual behavior because I project a world where no second chances exist. Time is fluid and when were in it, it adapts to our moves and styles. I say that we use that to our advantage so we dont get a world without second chances. Why dont we conquer our lives, so that we dont ever need that second chance. One might say if he or she are unsatisfied, "DAMN IT, why didn't I get an A on that test. My mom and dad are going to kill me. I wish I had a second chance." This is a common virus that has infected the human race; it is not the bird flu nor is it the mad influenza, this my friends is the second chance epidemic. We complain of such little things, such as food, Why this? Why that? Kids and sometimes adults complain about portions and taste, well I am certain that food is the least of our worries. We frankly have no right to complain, the starving families in Somalia see hunger everyday and they dont get second chances. We are the privileged people of this world, how could we not spare a dollar? Honestly I dont care if you dont donate to the unprivileged people of this world because thats on your conscience, but take this into consideration what if you didn't wake up tomorrow? What if you woke up and found your self in a world without second chances? Privilege is a second chance, so why not use it wisely? Sometimes I feel like the humans in this world live in a fairy tale. So much fantasy in their lives, and they're always abusing it as if its infinite. I say lets burn this epidemic to the ground. Dont you think a free world is good for you and I?Actually before we fictionaize things, lets die one more time for ourselves before we wake up to a new day and say THE END.
